Two large bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed, and each room has its own flat screen television (king has a 65", queen has a 55"); the King room has a nice- sized dresser for your convenience.
There are two beautiful, fully renovated and updated bathrooms, one of those with a tub, the other has a shower only, and is a walkin bathroom without barriers.
Huge chef-style kitchen with a large, single-bowl stainless steel sink, an island (complete with electrical outlets) and a bar for extra seating, in addition to the large dining room, which has another 6 seats. It's also completely equipped with most common kitchen appliances, utensils, silverware, pots/pans, serving and prep bowls, dishes, glasses (including wine glasses), coffee pots and mugs, and storage containers. Two regular-sized refrigerators are included, with one of those for drinks and excess refrigerated storage needs.
The living room has a Tempurpedic sectional couch that makes up into an XL Twin bed, if needed, and has a glider with an ottoman, and plenty of lighting. The living room has a large 55" flat screen television and the entire house has extremely fast Internet. There is also a printer on the adjacent work space with plenty of ink and paper for those working from home.
The utility room has brand new, front loading modern appliances and a counter and storage to make doing laundry a joy, rather than a chore. We also supply the detergent, bleach, scent crystals, and fabric softener.
The covered front porch has a peaceful hanging porch swing and other seating, and a beautiful front and back yard with security lighting.
We are happy to provide ramps for those in wheelchairs.
