Cozy Home is an old farmhouse so after a long rain or a big snow melt, you may get some standing water in the basement, but no worries, we have a dehumidifier to take care of it and that's definitely much better than the old days! If that may bother you, think about passing, otherwise some nice hot cocoa or coffee will cozy you right in!
Guest access
You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door.
