Our home has been meticulously updated with a custom touch, is full of modern amenities & bright Colorado sunshine! The location in East Washington Park, one of Denver's most sought-after neighborhoods, stands out as just one of many reasons why our home is the perfect choice for your extended stay. Small details like the ori­gi­nal rare sten­cil art on the walls, custom cabinetry, beautiful hardwood floors, and high-end furnishings create a cozy environment you'll never want to leave. The home is on a southwest corner lot and only 4 blocks to the beautiful Washington Park!

The large open concept kitchen and dining area features a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and ample kitchen supplies for cooking yummy meals at home. Both of the bedrooms are on the main floor off the kitchen and living room, each with a queen size bed, a wall-mounted smart TV and closets for clothes storage. The main floor also has 1 full bathroom with a tub-shower combo and large vanity for extra storage, making it a breeze to get ready in the morning and tackle your day.

Downstairs in the fully finished basement, there is 1 additional full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo and large vanity. Remote workers can seamlessly plug-in at the dedicated office space complete with a sit/stand desk—or even work at the bar top counter in the kitchen! Our WiFi speed is also super fast at over 500+ Mbps. Lastly, an additional bed can be found in the full-size pullout couch in the basement level, sleeping 6 guests total.
