This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, single family home, located in popular Sellwood. Walking distance to bars, shops, and cafes.

The yard is fully fenced and enclosed.

Primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with extra linens and large closet and dresser.

Secondary bedroom functions as an office but also has a twin bed with trundle.

Kitchen is fully equipped with the following items:

Cutlery, plates, glasses, slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, full size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home.

There are two uncovered parking spots on the premises and street parking is free and ample.

Guest has access to entire cottage, the fenced yard, parking spots in front of primary bedroom and gate.

Guest does not have access to storage closet located in primary bedroom. There is a large closet in primary bedroom for guest access which is unlocked.
Other things to note
Property is located next to commercial street (35 mph zone) and faces quiet street (20 mph zone).

Parking to right of cottage is for house next door.

Cottage was fully remodeled in 2024.
