Our home was redesigned/remodeled in 2020 and is fully furnished with all brand new furnishings. The home is 1800 sq. feet, has 6 beds, 4TV's, a gourmet kitchen, indoor laundry, a large pool, spa, bbq/deck and an outdoor dining table with a firepit. We are located on a beautiful residential street in Pasadena and the schools are all within walking distance. We also live on the property in the back house. We do have an electric charger that can be used but vehicles will need to be parked on the street nightly with a fee paid to the City of Pasadena nightly for parking.
