DESERT COVE ESCAPE

Our DESERT COVE ESCAPE house is very centrally located within a small private gated community and we have a large property with lots of privacy including a private saltwater pool and spa.

This expansive four-bedroom three-and-a-half-bathroom Indian Wells home is decked out with brand-new furniture and stylish décor. Three dreamy bedrooms and an oversized basement that doubles as both a private bedroom and also a movie theater (complete with a queen-sized Murphy bed in addition to the large sofa seating area). Even better, each bedroom (except the basement) has its own full en-suite bathroom. Pristine granite and quartz countertop details delight in the kitchen and baths, too.

The living room is detailed with a large couch, two modern armchairs, and a stone-lined gas fireplace, and in the family room, you will enjoy another big sectional couch and 65” TV bringing a theater-quality experience to this classy space.
Granite counters gleam in the kitchen, where a stainless steel fridge, dual ovens, and a gas range are sure to please the culinary-minded of your crew. An elegant formal dining area seats eight, and another dining table awaits on the incredible patio.

The king-size primary bedroom offers a 65” TV and a romantic private patio. The extravagant en-suite bath is equipped with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a big granite vanity with two sinks. Finally, our third guest bedroom is complete with both a full-size and also twin-sized bed, and backyard access complete with its own full bathroom.

We are on a corner lot with an oversized driveway area for private parking of up to four vehicles in addition to our three private garages. Amazing views from every area of the property and each of our rooms has its own unique appeal with most having access to outside patio areas. Additionally, we are within walking distance of about ten different restaurants and located in easy access proximity to the El Paseo shopping area.

In terms of sporting options in addition to our saltwater pool and spa, we have a park and great hiking trails nearby in addition to the many great outdoor activities located nearby (golf, tennis, etc.).
