This is a 2 bedroom and 1 full bathroom home, living/dinning room and full kitchen for max of 3-people; utilities are in included. There's assigned parking. The home comes completely furnished and basic essentials such as soap, paper towels, bathroom paper, and towels are provided (on move-in day only). A house manual will be provided upon arrival with instructions for the garbage disposal, etc., as well as suggestions for local food, drink, groceries, etc. Parties are not allowed, and we ask to please be respectful of our neighbors. Smoking is also not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting you soon! There is a fee for the background check (report required).
