Inside our home:
Our home features two bedrooms: one with a Dream Cloud Premium king-sized mattress, and the other with a Dream Cloud Premium queen mattress and soft linens. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Both bedrooms provide full-size dressers and hampers.
In our living room, ample natural light streams through large windows (my personal favorite), complementing a dedicated workspace equipped with nearly 1 gig of fiber internet. A 50″ smart Fire TV caters to your entertainment preferences, while comfortable seating awaits for gaming or enjoying your favorite shows.
If you’re a cooking enthusiast, the kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, rice maker, baking dishes, and more to make meal preparation a breeze during your stay.
The property’s standout feature is the spacious backyard, ideal for your furry companions or little ones to roam and play freely. Although our yard has taken a hit from the Texas summer heat, it should regain its greenery in the fall and winter, hopefully with some rain and additional fertilizer.
For added convenience and security, the garage accommodates one vehicle and includes a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary starter detergent. An extra parking spot is available in the driveway, while ample street parking ensures that friends can easily visit during the day.
Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a diverse community with kind, quiet neighbors. In the mornings, you will find both old and young walking their pets or running.

This is a twin home (duplex) with one shared wall. The shared wall is away from the bedrooms. Guests have full access to their own private unit, a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for one vehicle. No spaces are shared except for the driveway. One unit gets the left side of the driveway while the other unit gets the right side.
For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities, and then contact us.
Our home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a diverse community with kind, quiet neighbors. We love it! In the mornings, you will find both old and young walking their pets or running.
We are only 6 minutes away from Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park, which is a 293 acres of public park with hiking and bike trails, an off leash dog area, a swimming pool, playground and sports and recreational facilities. Also near are Lake Travis and Lady Bird Lake if you’d like some lake time! The Greenbelt and Barton Springs are ideal ways to cool off on a hot summer day and we’re about 20 minutes away.
If you’re not into the outdoor scene, don’t stress – Austin is known just as much for its food and nightlife as it is for its outdoor space. We are 15 minutes from downtown Austin where you can enjoy live music every night of the week, as well as a ridiculous amount of tasty food.
Ideally, you will have a car as public transport in Austin is slowly catching up with the city’s growth. If not, Uber and Lyft are always good options in Austin.

– Driving North on Loop 1 (MOPAC) take the Parmer Lane Exit, turn right on Parmer Lane, switch to the far left lane as quickly and safely as possible and then take the first left after the first traffic light onto Tomanet Trail Drive, the home will be on your right about a half mile.
*All guests will fill out a renter’s agreement, have a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit placed on hold on Credit Card, pay any PET FEE of $150 per pet, and/or do a background check (30+ days stay only) and upload ID to confirm the reservation (all stays)*
Pet rules:
Please see PET FEE above. We welcome house-broken dogs with a max of 2 dogs in our home. Please keep them off furniture and bed or bring a blanket to lay down for them or we can provide one, and please pick up after your dog in the backyard. Starter bags are provided. NO CATS allowed, unfortunately. Additional cleaning fee may incur with excess amounts of hair and uncleanliness (vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided for guests). While you visit the many places in Austin without your dogs, we respectfully ask that they be crated when leaving them unattended in our home.
While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS due to insurance requirements: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have an exterior camera actively recording video and audio of the front porch, exterior parking, and front door only. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the camera and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, the camera is not constantly monitored.
Stays over a month:
For stays over a month, we do require a monthly or biweekly cleaning to be set up with our cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of our home during your stay, and for our future guest. This cleaning fee is a separate fee and will be collected upfront.
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
