Beautiful kitchen, great natural lighting, great fridge, ice ready, double oven, fabulous high quality gas cook top, dishwasher, and quality dishes, pots and pans, breakfast nook dining at the kitchen bar. If it isn't in the kitchen, happy to do our best to procure, mostly likely have it delivered by tomorrow.


Feels like you are in a butterfly sanctuary in a magical forrest of the Hollywood Hills, yet the city is only minutes away to fine dining, shopping, Hollywood production studios, situated in the heart of it all.

Once home, retreat into zen and calm with gardens and quiet beauty all around, surrounded by nature and great amenities, curated indoor / outdoor spaces + fast Wi-Fi, full wall projectors.

Find yourself on a little nature walk or mediations without stepping out the front door. In the back yard find little trails and steps into your private nature retreat with lookouts with cozy cushions to enjoy the views of San Fernando Valley Skyline. Sunsets are magical as the mountain colors transcend day into night.

From the house can walk to the famous Mulholland Drive/ Laurel Canyon Blvd and Fryman Canyon Trail Head (or two minute drive to the parking lot).

4 bedrooms, 5 beds.
King bedroom has private bathroom (ensuite) and attached deck with another queen bed *under the stars - this bed is not counted in beds, but you can sleep there if you like! Or enjoy the sunshine on this comfortable outdoor futon. This room is almost 400 square feet(not for little ones). Enjoy not sharing walls with any other rooms in the house, sits above the garage. This room is separate and upstairs to the rest of the home.

The second bedroom also has it's own private full bathroom (ensuite) and can be entered from inside the home or exterior with beautiful french doors.

The other two bedrooms share the main full bathroom (tub/shower), bedroom #3 has a queen with very large closet and work desk. The 4th bedroom has full size and twin bed size bed with two separate closets.
Cozy and extra blankets are in the home for your to enjoy.

The home allows up to 10 guests, for sleeping.
Always inquire about possible arrangements to host additional guests, even for shorter visits and/or not staying the night, no parties, no exemptions, per airbnb guidelines.

Projectors and sound systems for your to use:
Full wall movie experience day or night in the living room and the ensuite great room upstairs (use your own device, or roku for all the apps Netflix, Max, Prime, Youtube, Disney, Apple+, etc).
Sound system ready to plug your favorite tunes into quality sound system (owner is a DJ). Please be respectful of the quiet hours and enjoy the music.

Everything you need and if we don't have something, we will get it for you (if possible, we always do our best).


THE AREA: Within minutes to all the Hollywood attractions: concerts, events, amusement parks, studios, locations, landmarks, and much more. Universal Studios (only 10 minutes), Less than 15 minutes to The Hollywood Bowl, Runyon Canyon, CBS Radford, Warner Brothers, the Famous Sunset Strip, Hollywood&Highland, Hollywood Walk of Fame, plus the exclusive Sunset Plaza. Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills only 20 minutes.
