🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements (3 Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms)

• Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1): Luxurious King-sized bed, direct sliding door access to the pool patio, Smart TV, dedicated workspace area, and a spacious walk-in closet. The sliding door features room-darkening plantation shutters for privacy.

• Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen-sized bed, dedicated desk area for remote work, full-length mirrored closet door, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, a writing desk with a chair, and a ceiling fan for comfort. Features a large mirrored closet door and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

🛁 Bathrooms

• Primary Bathroom: Features a double vanity with marble countertop, a large deep soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
• Second Bathroom: Includes a spacious tub with a shower and classic white subway tile surround, a long vanity, and dual medicine cabinets for storage.

• Outdoor Dining: Spacious covered patio with a large, dark metal dining table with 8 seating under an elegant slatted pergola and a TV for ideal for fresh air gatherings.

• Patio: Covered patio area with an elegant slatted pergola, a full-sized gas BBQ grill, and two charming rocking chairs.

👕 Laundry

• Located in the home, the full-sized, modern washer and dryer set is conveniently located for guest use.

🚗 Parking

• Includes a 3 car driveway leading to a private garage that can comfortably accommodate two cars. Street parking is also available.
***Smaller side of the garage is NOT for guest use. There are personal items placed on the 3rd side of the garage.

Guest access
Guests will enter via their own personal code. Guests have access to the main home, except for the smaller side of the 3-car garage.

Office room can be converted into a 4th bedroom for extended stays ONLY.

Other things to note
• For extended stays, we provide a generous starter pack of supplies. We do not refill supplies during your stay!

• One of the couches turns into a sleeper sofa, and the Indoor fireplace DOES NOT WORK.

• The smaller side of the garage, is NOT for guest use. There are personal items stored. Guests have access to the 2-car garage.

• Use Pool at your OWN Risk! Guests must watch children around the pool area, there is NO fence. Owner and Owner Representative are NOT liable for any incidents
