Optional Fees:
Resident Guest IDs is $50 for 2 adults. This fee is paid to The Villages ID office at Brownwood Sales Office (2705 W Torch Lake Dr, The Villages, FL 32163). Paperwork for Temporary Resident IDs will be submitted by owner at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay. This Resident ID for the enjoyment of the amenities at The Villages including executive golf courses, reduced fee at championship golf courses, swimming, recreation centers, and more. After you receiving Resident Guest IDs, you can obtain Guest Passes for your addition guest at The Villages ID office at Brownwood Sales Office (2705 W Torch Lake Dr, The Villages, FL 32163).
Standard Rental Fees:
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Please see monthly rental fees (below). To reserve this villa, you must provide a $700 Security Deposit per authorized 3 days before check-out, a $200 non-refundable Cleaning Fee. The Security Deposit will be refunded 7 days after departure less any damage expenses within the premises or to its furnishings discovered upon end-of-stay inspection.
This property is managed with a property management software.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100 % refund.
Bookings canceled 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50 % refund.

Chitty Chatty
The Village of Chitty Chatty is ideally located between three of The Villages newest and largest
recreational complexes, the Rohan Recreation Complex, Everglades Recreation Complex, and Ezell
Regional Recreation Complex.

For outdoor activities closer to home, the Chitty Chatty Recreation Area has shuffleboard, corn toss and bocce and an adult pool within walking distance.

Shopping

Grocery store (Publix), liquor store, pharmacy (Walgreens), specialty dining (Italian and Chinese), a gas station and convenience store, banking (Citizens First Bank and Chase Bank), tax preparers, financial planning, nail and hair salons, and more are all less than 2 miles away.

House Rules: (for your protection, please make visiting guests aware)

• Maximum of 4 total overnight occupants unless prior permission is obtained from the landlord.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect community quiet time after 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Damages to Tablet can lead to a $ 200.00 Fee.
• Please keep parked cars to a limit of 2 (all other parking will be at the Chitty Chatty Recreation Area (4911 Chitty Chatty Run, The Villages, FL 32163).
• No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) within 15 feet of the property, including the lanai, will result in a total security deposit forfeiture and immediate eviction from the premises.
• No subletting permitted or third party booking the person booking must be staying in the booking.
• Please no shoes on the carpet in the home.
• No pets allowed.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
