Welcome to our central Virginia Beach mid-term rental! This home is perfect for families and pets that need a place to stay for a few months, whether its for transitioning, work, relaxation, or all of the above! Park in the garage, driveway, or the street. Once you walk into the door, you'll see the living and dining room off to your right, the kitchen and stairwell in front of you, and the half bathroom off to the left. The bottom floor creates a circular pattern so you can access any space easily. Through the living room, you'll find a cozy space with ample comfy seating so everyone can nestle in for a movie night if you wanted to.  Moving into the large dining room, there is space for 6 currently, but definitely enough room if you wanted to set up a couple extra seats at a second small table. In the kitchen, you'll find we have everything we need for you - plates, dining ware, silverware, drinkware, mugs, coffee pot, food storage, and meal prep items. The kitchen is furnished with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen has a fantastic view of the spacious backyard as well.  Coming out of the kitchen on the right you'll find the living room with a gas fireplace and a desk. There is no TV in here, so it's perfect for conversations and reading. Out of this room, you can access both the garage and the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for people with kids, dogs, and who love their privacy. A small firepit is available for you to use, and plenty of planters if you so wish to get your green thumb on!  On the second story you'll find all the bedrooms. Their is a safety gate available on this floor for those with small children. The two bedrooms to the right are both furnished with full-sized beds, with dressers and walk in closets. We are happy to provide the linens and comforters for you. At the top of the stairs is the full bathroom with a shower and tub combination, perfect for any age. The third bedroom to the left of the stairs is a queen bed with a spacious closet and dresser in there.  Finally, the master bedroom is at the left of the top of the stairs. It has a huge room with an equally large walk-in closet. This master suite has a private bathroom that has a shower and tub combination shower and multiple options for storage.
