The lower residence also includes a finished recreation, fitness and workspace level. Both units may be leased separately, or the complete duplex may be considered for a larger household.

Our team can provide rapid availability confirmation, electronic documentation, a W-9, proof of insurance and streamlined invoicing. The residences are available beginning August 30, 2026.
