Welcome home to this four bedroom, finished walkout basement home on a cul-de-sac in West Knoxville. All lawn care is included so you can relax on the large screened-in deck or sit by the firepit in the back yard.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, two closets, and a king-sized bed. The other bedrooms have a queen, full, and a twin bed. All linens and towels are included and beds and pillows have allergens covers with washable duvets.
The kitchen is fully stocked and the laundry room with washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen for convenience.
Most pets are welcome with an additional pet fee.
Other covered services include trash pickup, quarterly preventive pest control, quarterly air filter changes, and internet service. Utilities fees are negotiable.
