Large 5 bed & 3 bath house in Pasadena California. This house features many upgrades such as a luxury master bath, 6 large TV’s, a beautiful large backyard oasis with BBQ grill. It has a newly remodeled kitchen, and wood flooring throughout. It is perfect for a single family with kids, multiple families, or business travelers, sleeping up to 14+ comfortably. The home has Three King Sized beds, One Queen bed and a room with two bunk beds. The living room also has a daybed with a trundle.

The location is close to the Rose Bowl, Outlet malls, JPL, Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood, and all of your LA entertainment desires.

Our home has a full kitchen, large BBQ grill as well as all kitchen accessories.
There are five 55" 4K smart TVs, living room has bluetooth soundbar that can link to your music on your phone.
It has a SoCalHealthyWater.com whole house salt-free water softener and Chloramines drinking filtration system for showers and healthy drinking.
A gas grill is available for your use.
All beds are quality comfort with new bedding and comforters.
A Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular filter coffee machine is available.
Free Drinks, wine, champagne, beer, mineral water, coffee, tea, and snacks are provided.
We allow dogs only, and will require a $350 pet fee.

We have a gated driveway and will give you full access to the home and backyard. There is driveway parking and will accommodate up to 5 cars. This is quite a luxury in LA as most places will charge you to park.

This is a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with tree-lined streets. It is close to historical districts, JPL, The Gamble House, Huntington Gardens, and the Green Castle are beautiful places close by to enjoy the beauty in Pasadena.

General Rules and Information:

We have easy access to the 210 FWY which can take you in any direction.
- It is a residential area so be neighbor friendly and quiet after 11pm.
- No Parties.
- No Smoking of any kind in the house. $500 fine if detected.
- Please treat the house and all items respectfully.
- If your party is a larger group, please make sure your group all follow the house rules.
