Welcome to our cozy and romantic modern cabin newly renovated in 2021, located just 17 minutes past Lago Vista in beautiful Marble Falls. Our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin is the perfect retreat for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Located on 1.75 acres, this pet-friendly property is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Our cabin sits on a quiet dirt road in a private neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the area.

The cabin features modern amenities including a washer and dryer, electric stove, complimentary coffee and tea, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Foodies will love cooking on the live fire Santa Maria grill, perfect for outdoor grilling and entertaining.

Take advantage of the fire pit on the property and enjoy a cozy night under the stars (please check for burn bans in the area before using).

Although our lakefront property is currently dry due to the drought in Lake Travis, there are still plenty of attractions in the area. Just a 4-minute drive away is the Flat Creek Winery, known for its acclaimed wines and delicious restaurants.

When you’re ready to explore the area, take a trip to nearby Marble Falls (30 mins) and Cedar Park (30 mins). Marble Falls is known for its charming downtown area, antique shops, and art galleries. Cedar Park offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures, including hiking and biking trails, parks, and golf courses.

Fire Pit:
Bring your own wood. Check with us if there is a burn ban before lighting a fire!!

Water:
Our home is on well water. You will notice a slight sulphur smell but not to worry, it comes straight from a local quarry and is safe! We love good tasting water so there is a large water filter in the fridge.

Tiny:
Yes it’s a cabin. It’s 650sq ft designed for you to sleep and enjoy the outdoors.

Guests have access to the entire property.
This house is located 5 mins from Flat Creek winery and is near the end of a dirt road off Singleton Bend. The cabin is in a quiet & friendly lake side community where everyone knows each other. Absolutely no parties and strict noise ordinance please! Quiet hours are 10pm – 6am.

You will need a car to get to this location. The entire property is walkable but coming back from the water is gentle uphill slope. It is recommended to be of decent physical shape to walk the hill from the shore.

Guests have access to the entire property except the non-occupied RV parked in the driveway.

The closest store (including groceries, Starbucks) is 17 mins away in Lago Vista. Additionally, Jeep or off-road families will enjoy this cabin’s close proximity to Hidden Falls Adventure Park which is just a 15 minute drive and features over 2000 acres of off-roading fun. The park offers so much to do with the family. There are ATV/UTV & dirt bike rentals, There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. In the mood for a hike? Balcones Canyonland Wildlife Refuge is just a few mins away. We are also really close to Lago Vista if you’re in the area for their festivals like Lago Fest or La Primavera! There are other exciting things happening in Lago Vista like an new upcoming brewery. So if you’re not ready to book, bookmark this listing!

If you’re looking for more “city” activity, Cedar Park is 30 minutes way in one direction, and to the other direction (30 mins) you can visit Marble Falls. Both places have some great restaurants and large grocery stores.

Our cove is DRY. The boat dock is no longer there (moved out to the main channel and not for guest use)

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.

No un-registered guests or pets. We do occasionally monitor the exterior cameras at check in for guest count and pets. Un-registered guest or pets not disclosed will be charged.

Additional documentation will be required to rent this property managed via email and DocuSign. We also take a credit card on file for a deposit. While we are pet friendly, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS due to insurance policies. No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF. NOTE: THERE IS NO FENCE.

This is our personal vacation home that we love and have decided to share with others. You may see some of our belongings under the bed or in the pantry in addition to some condiments in the fridge. Mostly we will contain our private things in the shed.
