Pets are considered on a case to case basis ,( no cats, &"Dangerous" dog breeds.) There is a one time non refundable pet fee of 350.00 in addition to a 50.00 per pet rent .

Renters insurance is required prior to move in

Return Deposit is 1500.00 ( We do charge a 400.00 professional cleaning fee so the house is clean for the next renter )

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, yard upkeeping, and keeping the sidewalk and driveway clear in the winter.
