We’re happy to adjust pricing based on lease length, budget, and client requirements. Discounts are available for longer stays (30+ days, 3 months, 6 months), and we offer month-to-month extensions as well.

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000 (flexible or waived with Flex Deposit Plan)

Application Fee: $49.99 (waived with corporate booking or qualifying info)

Exit Cleaning Fee: $250

Optional Monthly Cleaning: $200/visit

Move-In Ready

The property is currently available, with ASAP move-in dates possible. Check-in is at 4:00 PM (early check-in available for a fee), and check-out by 11:00 AM.

We require a 30-day notice to vacate, effective any day of the month.
