I want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay in your non-smoking townhome. In addition, you could be a traveler, relocating or renovating your current property. Everyone is welcome to this recently renovated townhouse. There is even a peaceful shady area behind the fence to either walk or sit in nature. I see deer in this area of the woods from the deck.
This comfortable, sophisticated townhome has 2 bedroom with 2 1/2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have full bathroom en suites, half bathroom is on main level. This townhome is comfortably equipped with everything you might need for your stay. You will be centrally located very close to restaurants, shopping, brewery's, churches, whatever you want is not far away.
This is a walkable neighborhood. Where you have your own parking pad for 2-4 vehicles. Some of the best shopping in Bham is within a 4-6 mile radius. Great restaurants are in the same radius from casual to white table cloth dining.
If you are going to stay more than 3 months we can discuss slightly reducing your rent.
Minimum stay is 7 days.
