Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety at the front entrance. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home or patio areas. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I check-in early?
• We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12 pm and check out as late as 2pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check our most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you would like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before / after for $100. We offer you 2 options:

You can message us 24 hours before your check in / checkout date. If we still do not have a reservation the day you check out , we can accommodate a late check out at 3pm for $50.

Note: We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to schedule for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!


2. Do you have luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.


3. Do you offer a daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost


4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.


5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

Guest access
It is an entire place in which you will have full access to the entire home and its amenities. This is self-check-in through a smart lock system. The access code will be sent to you prior to your check-in day, which also includes all other check-in reminders and instructions.

Other things to note
Our home is listed for 6 guests, but it can accommodate up to 8 with an extra fee of $100 per additional guest. Please send the request to arrange it for you!

Also, we encourage our guests to treat the home as their own. Any oversight will lead to fees as follows:

Party violation: $1,000
Smoking violation: market rate depending on cleaning service for removal
Unauthorized guests: $100 per person
Unregistered pets: $750 per pet
Tampering of security devices: $1000

Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
