🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: After 4:00 PM – You will receive a unique code that activates at 4:00 PM on your check-in date and expires at checkout time.

Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

🚫🐶 NO PETS

Due to Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) rules, pets are not allowed. This is their policy, not ours, and there are no exceptions.

🚭 NO SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on our property.

👥 Max Guests

The maximum number of guests is 14 (sleeps up to 12 without air mattresses). Day guests need to be pre-approved by the homeowner(s). Special circumstances may be requested.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Please be mindful of noise levels. No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.

📌 Important Information

🛥️ Boat & Watercraft Fee

If you wish to bring a boat, there is a $100 Watercraft Fee per motorized watercraft. This fee is payable directly to Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) prior to your stay. All other lake access is free of charge.
