The space The open floor plan welcomes you with comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV set up for movie night or binge watching your favorite shows or channels. The artwork and design are created to provide you a sense of peace and serenity. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all cooking requirements ideal for long stays. Cookware, flatware, dishware and silverware are all provided as well as Microwave, toaster, oven, stove, fridge, freezer and french press coffee maker of course. A coffee maker is also available for an efficient cup of coffee as well. The living room with vaulted ceiling opens to a relaxing seating area for coffee, deep conversations, or games. Included are fun games like Uno, Apples to Apples, Dominoes, Backgammon and others too! A great way to spend quality time, in real time, face to face, together. Each bedroom is private from the other offering maximum privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have full size beds and ceiling fans and windows for fresh air and sunlight plus closet space. They also include full size dresser drawers with mirrors. Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN size bed and full dresser, ceiling fan and large window for fresh air and sunlight. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room with cabinet space for storage. Includes laundry detergent and fabric softener. Central heating and air conditioner to ensure you enjoy a comfortable home when it's hot outside (typically July and August) and warm when you need it. This home features LVP flooring throughout the main floor and and newer carpet in the bedrooms. You can also use the attached 2 car garage with room for storage as well Guest access You'll feel at home with access to the entire house including the 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and front and back patio. The back yard is fully fenced with plenty of yard for your pets. This is a gardener's paradise with multiple raised flower beds and nice shrubs and bushes. One of the highlights of this home is a 4 person Viking Hot Tub. You will enjoy the massaging jets and built-in lighting. You can connect soothing music via Bluetooth as you soak and relax. Here are some additional rules: Please no food or beverages, except water, in rooms (carpets/beds areas). No smoking or vaping on property because of fire risks and lingering odors. Spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent water/liquid/stain damage to carpet, flooring, walls. Any damaged, non-working, or issues with appliances, TVs, drainage, water, etc.. must be reported immediately to management. Please reuse towels as possible to help conserve water and electricity. Loud parties, music, and noise are not allowed. It's important to us to be respectful to neighbors. The property includes the house with the attached 2 car garage and front and back yard as outlined in the photos.
