The master bedroom, family room (with gas fireplace), dining area, large kitchen island (with bar stools), and laundry room are located on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and other bedroom with 2 single beds), a double sink bathroom with shower/tub combo, and large loft area (can be used as a workspace or just to relax) are located on the second floor.

This quiet retreat in the pines is located just 10 minutes from Prescott's Historic Courthouse Plaza, the site of multiple parades, festivals, & other cultural and recreation activities. Other things to do: Hiking and/or Mountain Biking in the Prescott National Forest (with more than 50 miles of trails); Kayaking, Canoeing, and Paddle Boating on Watson Lake; Visit the Sharlot Hall Museum; or just relax in the cool mountain air. Our guests may use the gas grill on the back patio, 2 bikes, and 2 flat screen TV's (master bedroom & family room).
