Grant Park Estate is a fully furnished seven-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family home in Atlanta’s Historic Grant Park neighborhood, set up specifically for displaced families and insurance placements of thirty days or longer.

The house sleeps up to sixteen across nine beds, so a large or multi-generational household can stay together under one roof instead of being split across hotel rooms. Every room is move-in ready: full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and cooking basics; washer and dryer in the home; bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets; iron, hair dryer and toiletries; a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet for anyone working remotely; and televisions with a game console.

Outdoors there is a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, a backyard and patio with a barbecue grill, a private entrance and free parking on the premises plus free street parking. The home is family-ready with a crib, pack-and-play, high chair, baby bath, changing table, children’s dinnerware, books and toys, outlet covers and fireplace guards. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and exterior security cameras. Central air conditioning and heating, an indoor fireplace, and room-darkening shades throughout.
