This is an year round cottage located in the lake Sherman community just a short drive to downtown Brimfield where the Brimfield flea market takes place and minutes to Sturbridge and close by amenities such as Old Sturbridge Village, restaurant row, area breweries (about 15 minutes to Tree House Brewery) and wineries, Wedding venues such as The Barn, Public House, Oakholm and more, Palmer Motorsports Park, Westview Farms in Monson and more. This home has been lovingly updated and newly furnished. You walk into an open kitchen area with farm style dining table. There is one bedroom with a full/queen size bed on the first floor, a full bathroom on the first floor. Down a couple of steps is a sunken living area with a small sofa and tv area. Upstairs is a private spacious bedroom area with a queen size bed. There is a small deck overlooking the private yard and it's a short walk or drive to the lake beach area.
There is a first floor bedroom for ease of access.Upstairs is the second bedroom also with a queen size bed. There is laundry access for longer stays only ( 5+ nights) Water access is just that, access if you have a kayak or boat or if you wanted to swim.
