There is also a brand new remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and new appliances as of 12/25. The kitchen is open to the living room with a sofa and chair and ottoman and a tv. Additionally, there is a table with 2 chairs for either additional eating space or a work table. There is also a 4 season sunroom where you’ll find the dining area and a seating area (daybed) overlooking the fenced in private courtyard. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are down the hall from the kitchen. One bedroom features a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom features a full size bed. There is a heated sunroom with a daybed that can accommodate an additional guest.The bathroom offers a clawfoot tub shower, only the shower portion functions. There is no walk in shower currently. The daybed with trundle in the 4 season sunroom has 2 twin mattresses. Down the dirt road within a 2 minute walk. There is a green arrow pointing to the area, please refrain from walking on the rocks which is used for drainage to avoid getting hurt. Home is close to the Brimfield flea market and minutes to Sturbridge and close by amenities such as Old Sturbridge Village, restaurant row, area breweries (about 15 minutes to Tree House Brewery) and wineries, Wedding venues such as The Barn, Public House, Oakholm and more, Palmer Motorsports Park, Westview Farms in Monson and more.
