Move-in ready, well-maintained, exclusively your own, completely private homes that have their own independent living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and private bathrooms, and have wonderful separation of space that allows for settling in just like at home, unlike so many of the converted garages, attics or ADU's you often see in Eugene. You'll be set up with your own hot water heater, too, so there's no worries about waiting for a steamy shower when you want one! Keyless entry and simple check-in and out, and assuredly extra clean, going above and beyond all industry standard cleaning protocols every time.

Units are fully separate and all yours, with great space surrounding a lovely and serene spacious historic brick courtyard garden area. Each place is completely private and the entire home will be yours alone, so you will have the whole place all to yourself to do as you please while you are here.

Full climate control, including remote controlled thermostat and brand new Dakin ductless heating and cooling system, and super quiet fans pumping out as much snugly heat as you need to get you feeling as secure as a cup of hot cocoa over the winter holidays, and icy air conditioning to keep you and your pad cool as a cucumber gin martini in the dog days of summer. These babies also have fantastic features for those in between days, and other settings include a humidifier, air purifier (especially important during summer wildfire season) and air flow fan settings as well.

Every one of our places has an oversized TV, a nice sofa, a dining table/workstation area, luxury plush queen and king size beds with the dreamiest organic cotton and wool hand tufted custom made mattresses, private bathroom, shower surround tub combo with rainfall shower heads with eight settings, hairdryers with attachments, ceiling fans and Dyson personal fans, closet space, linens, towels, washcloths, soap and a washing machine and dryer on site stocked with detergent are included.

Though you'll be minutes away from all of the action and fun times happening in the 5th Street market, downtown, Fairgrounds and Whitaker Arts districts of Eugene, our loving homes are well hung with study stallion style new 65" HD Smart TV's, set up with HULU live+ tv, sports packages, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showtime, Paramount, Apple TV, Samsung Live and so much more that you might be hard pressed to want to do much more than sink into one of the comfy sofas and set yourself up for some serious Netflix and chill time. You work hard, so treat yourself! Besides, nobody else is gonna be around to judge, so do like we do and let go, kick back and make yourself at home!

Fully equipped kitchens have all the amenities you need to cook up that killer recipe you have been saving and get your best Top Chef game on. Appliances including full size oven and four burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker bar, hot water kettle, a toaster and microwave, alongside pretty original wood cabinets. Cookware, pots and pans, baking sheet, bakeware, Tupperware, flatware, kitchen knives set, coffee cups, glassware, wine and champagne flutes for when you are feeling fancy, full dinnerware plates and bowls, towels, straws, spices and basic cooking pantry.

Also works well as storage for holding leftover Chinese and pizza takeout boxes from so many fabulous neighboring restaurants.

Centrally located with easy freeway access, your housing here will be 10 minutes from PeaceHealth RiverBend and McKenzie Willamette Medical Center with the option of hitting a Starbucks or Dutch Brothers drive through on the way! You'll be equally close to the University of Oregon and Oregon Research Institute, as well as PeaceHealth University hospital if you are here as a traveling medical worker looking for housing in Eugene/Springfield.

Shopping, galleries, parks, hiking, biking and jogging trails & night life are at your whim being so close-in. A great spot to get your feet planted and check things out if you're new to town!

Just outside your doorstep, you'll find something fun to do no matter which direction you walk in! Situated at the heart of the intersection of Eugene's diverse downtown, lively and eclectic Whitaker Arts nightlife and tony 5th Street Market District all at your doorstep! You can spend any hour of the day wandering between casual and fine dining restaurants, bars, brew pubs, cideries, coffee shops and winery tasting rooms. You'll also find farmer's markets, art galleries, independent movie theaters, health food stores, local grocers, theater and live music halls, churches, a do-it-yourself dog wash and groomer, record stores, bottle shops, food trucks and SO much more!

In Eugene we are also fortunate enough to be 100 miles in any direction from all the very best of Oregon's diverse and awe inspiring landscapes. From your place you can easily plan day trips East to Bend for Winter sports action in the high desert mountains, and Summer floating and fishing trips on the Deschutes, not to mention the numerous INCREDIBLE hiking, hot springs, waterfall and breathtaking vista areas you will pass along the McKenzie River National forest and highway 126 heading that way all year long. Heading due West will lead you straight to Oregon's coveted "Adventure Coast," an experience you simply must do during any stay here! A short trip South will bring you along the Rogue River, with beautiful sights as far as the eye can see through Roseburg and Ashland for the Shakespeare festival. Of course if small town living in our little emerald shire gets you craving something a little bigger, the bright lights of our state capital in Salem is only an hour North, and Portland in all its weird and wild glory is just 50 miles up the road from there!

We love to have fun with our design and decor, but we take our dedication to making your stay as cheerful, inviting and most importantly restful, extremely seriously. It is our sincere intention that through our combined years of professional, high end, hospitality and full service home care and hotel backgrounds that your stay with us will leave you warmly welcome while you're here, and wanting to come back soon because of the great experience we strive to offer. We understand that travel work comes with so many risks, rewards and challenges, and we admire the many amazing people we have met over the years hosting in our curated homes. We do our best to keep these places updated and comfortable, and offer all contracts on a monthly basis, so you will never have to worry about being stuck in a lease if your itinerary is abruptly shortened, or not having a place to go should you decide you love Oregon living and want to extend your contract.

We only ask that you please keep us up to date with your needs, and respectfully honor our very flexible rental requirements in giving us 30 days notice as much as possible within reason, should you need to change your rental plans staying with us, and we are happy to accommodate as best we can.

It is so important to us that at every level this little slice of heavenly haven pie is a safe space for everyone.
