Featuring a bright, modern minimalist design, the townhome is laid out spaciously on three levels. When you arrive at the townhome, you can drive directly into the private attached garage. The foyer invites you to a den with a dedicated workspace, and also doubles as a family fun zone with a multi-game table and a collection of board games.

Ascend the stairs to find the second level featuring an open concept living, where you will find a chef-friendly kitchen with a large island for entertaining and breakfast bar seating. All the cookware and modern appliances are ready for you to cook up your family favorites. Adjacent to each side of the kitchen is a spacious great room, a balcony for outdoor lounging, and a dining room for everyone to gather. The first bedroom is located on this main floor, and comes with two twin/single beds that would be perfect for children or friends to share. A full bathroom with a shower is available for the two people staying in this bedroom.

The upper floor is dedicated to quiet sleeping quarters – there is a gorgeous primary bedroom with full ensuite/bathtub and shower and a walk-in closet, and a third bedroom also comes with its own ensuite with bathtub. The laundry complete with washer and dryer is available for Guests’ use.

Perfectly designed with up to six guests’ comfort in mind, this townhome offers one (1) grand King-sized bed, one (1) Queen-sized bed, and two (2) twin beds.
