Welcome to our Summerville vacation house! Here you will find a comfortable and cozy home to spend a weekend getaway, stay for a business trip as well as visit for a family vacation or mid term stays. All amenities and stores are within a 5-10 minute drive, and at the same time, the neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and safe! Visit Charleston and the beaches, which are only about 30 miles away! Very close to the Airport! Historic Summerville and nearby lakes are also great day trip ideas!
Our house offers a full kitchen with all appliances and seating for 6-8 people with a huge table that extends to accommodate 8 seats. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen and living room! New luxury laminate floors throughout. Closets and dressers in each room. Three comfortable bedrooms with queen bed, two twin beds and one bunk bed. Each room has an additional back up window AC in addition to central air. We also offer a huge covered deck area in the back with a picnic table made at a local farm and several chairs and an additional glass table as well as a chaise lounge chair for sun tanning. Spacious and fully fenced back yard.
Super safe and convenient to all local amenities and shopping!
Guests have access to back yard, garage from interior door, entire house as well as front patio and driveway.
Sangaree area in Summerville, where property is located is a super safe and convenient neighborhood. We are minutes away from Nexton with its many restaurants and other businesses.
Only a walking distance to local playground!
About 20 minutes from the airport, 30 min from downtown Charleston and about 40 minutes to closest amazing beach at Sullivan’s Island! Also we have two lakes and Santee Park north of Summerville, within about 40 50 min drive.
