The centrally located home is well suited for friends and family looking to have a fun weekend in town or for a wonderful couples romantic escape and even caters well to your business needs.
With your safety in mind, you will enter this Houston Inner Loop villa retreat via a secure community gate and in through your private entrance to the home. You will be greeted by your first fully ensuite bedroom on the first floor.
On the 2nd level you will find a modern kitchen with a huge island to gather around and enjoy the meals you’ve made with the provided pots and pans. Are you a coffee afficionado? We got you…enjoy a delicious cup made with the keureg coffee machine that’s available for your use. Or you may opt for a selection of tea instead.
Off the living room, you will find a beautiful outdoor balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air or throw something quick on the grill. Just in case you need to do some work, we have created a fantastic work station in a quiet cove on the 2nd floor. Afterwards enjoy streaming content using your own account on the smart TV.
The main bedroom and 3rd bathroom are also ensuite and are located on the 3rd floor.
As a bonus, you will have access to a 4th floor which has a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the views and some much needed outdoor time.

This villa is strategically located in the Houston Inner loop in a quiet residential area in the heart of Washington Avenue, known for its trendy shops, diverse dining options, and lively nightlife. If traveling with family and children, there are several grocery stores within walking or driving distance and a childrens park next door. Explore the nearby art galleries in the revered Houston Heights and Montrose avenue, boutique stores, and local cafes, or take a short drive to popular attractions like the famous Houston Galleria or go golfing, running or swimming at Memorial Park – Houston’s largest park. Or you could spend the day at the Theatre district, Houston Aquarium, the Museum district or anywhere Downtown Houston which are all less then 2 miles away.
