This is a lower unit of a home, so there may be noise from upstairs at times.

The apartment is open concept and filled with natural light. You’ll see 7 full windows that give every part of the living area and kitchen a beautiful view of the greenery and private yard around you (no other homes in site!). The living room and kitchen are open to each other with plenty of space to separate the two while still being able to enjoy a conversation with anybody in either area. The kitchen has a large island with plentiful seating, brand new appliances, cabinets and all the tools and utensils you need to cook. The living area has a new *frame TV- put on a picture and it looks like art on the wall or enjoy your favorite show.
The primary bedroom has a large closet with built in shelving, space and hangers. It also has a brand new mattress, bedding and a small desk with a monitor and docking station if you need a place to do a little work.
The second bedroom has a single bed over a queen bunk set up, perfect for a small family or group of 3. New bedding and mattresses on the beds will make you feel so comfortable and right at home!
The bathroom is fully new with a large vanity, and an extra deep tub with a stunning tiled shower surround. It also has a brand new washer and dryer set up!
It’s also worth noting that this is the completely separate lower level of a home on it’s own private 3 acres. You’ll have your own fenced yard and private patio. Bring your furry friends if you like, it’s a perfect space to share with them.

The space has it’s own front door which you access off the private patio. You’ll get a key code for the smart lock and will be easily able to come in and out without having to keep track of a key!

While the home has an incredibly private, rural feel, it’s close to everything you need in “The Harbor”. It’s also a 3 minute drive to some of the best groomed mountain biking trails in the area at 360 Park. This park (the playground park is called Gateway) also has great walking/running and horseback riding! The park has a big playground for children, a splashpad in the summer and has outdoor movie events in the summer! 15 minutes (depending on traffic) to the furthest exit from Gig Harbor, or 7-10 minutes to Costco, Target, Starbucks, Albertsons, Home Depot etc. 10-12 minutes to the downtown waterfront! Go enjoy The Tides Tavern, Anthony’s or 7 Seas Brewing!
One of our favorite things to do is go to the beach along the Purdy Spit- **2 minute drive (or 1 even). Plenty of parking to launch a kayak, paddle board, go clam digging or just enjoy a day at the beach!
