Guest have access to the whole house, back yard and garage when EV charger is required except for the supply closet which is locked.

-The cost to charge an electric vehicle for stays of 7 days or less is $15 additional per booked day and $10 additional per day when booking 8 or more days, an additional fee will be added to your stay.
-Washer and dryer available to use but you must bring your own detergent.
-Please note, 3rd bedroom shares a bathroom located inside either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2.
