Featuring a bright, modern minimalist design, the townhome is laid out spaciously on three levels. When you arrive at the townhome, you can drive directly into the private attached garage and enter the home on the same level.

Ascend the stairs to find the second level featuring an open concept living, where you will find a chef-friendly kitchen with a large island for entertaining and breakfast bar seating. All the cookware and modern appliances are ready for you to cook up your family favorites. Adjacent to each side of the kitchen is a spacious great room, and a dining room for everyone to gather. Lastly, this main floor includes a den with a dedicated workspace and a daybed, next to a powder room.

The upper floor is dedicated to quiet sleeping quarters – there is a gorgeous primary bedroom with full ensuite/bathtub and a walk-in closet, and a second bedroom also comes with its own ensuite. The laundry complete with washer and dryer is available for Guests’ use.
