You have access to the entire property except the garage.

✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦We have security cameras positioned by the entrance of the property, another on the backside of the property facing the backyard and above the garage facing the garage entrance.

✦Please note the property is not completely fenced in. There is an open section between the house and the garage. This can be enclosed by request for an additional $50 fee.

✦ Please note there is a fee for pets – this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to provide valid ID verification of all adults on the reservations prior to booking confirmation. Additionally, a Rental Agreement must be signed after booking confirmation to complete the reservation.
