All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation. A deposit of $500 will be held as a credit card hold.

Pets:
Well behaved dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
