This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our cozy house features high ceilings in the living room, plenty of windows, and a spacious fenced-in backyard. The backyard features a nice seating area and a blackstone grill for your use! Stretch out and relax in the community pool and 3 nearby parks.

Bedrooms
– Primary bedroom has a luxury pillow top KING-sized bed w/private ensuite full bath and walk-in closet
– The secondary room has a QUEEN-sized bed
– The third bedroom has a QUEEN-sized bed
– ALL ROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH NOISE MACHINES!

Bathrooms
– Full bathrooms with walk-in shower (primary), tub, fluffy hotel-quality towels, and microfiber towels for makeup.

Garage
– Secure parking for one with smartphone control. The washer and dryer are near the secondary bedrooms. Additional parking for two cars in the driveway

Yard
– Generously sized yard is perfect for pets! We provide poop bags to help keep the yard free of waste

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Pets:
Well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30-day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick them up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.
