❗ PLEASE NOTE Our home is a 4-story townhome without an elevator. Two out of four bedrooms are on the third floor (master bedroom and 3rd bedroom). We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please consider this information when booking.

❗ Early check-in and late check-out can be available upon request for an additional fee of $100/hour until 12 pm depending on availability and current bookings.

• No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events are allowed. Violation of these rule may result in additional charges and potential eviction form the property.
• No Guests of Guests: only registered guests allowed.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Accidents happen, please notify us of any issues promptly.
• No Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed at this property.

• A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for this property. After departure, our housekeepers will clean and inspect the unit. Deposit will be refunded within 48 hrs, less any damage or missing items.
