Inda Hightower Building

The Inda Hightower Artist In Residence Facility, operated by the Coleman Center for the Arts, is a former bank transformed into a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom residence, complete with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and an artist workspace. Enjoy complimentary wi-fi and access to our free community garden. Plan self-guided art tours, and/or schedule a campus tour or gallery appointment. Located two blocks from an active train crossing.

The space
3 bedrooms, 1 full bath (shower only), huge living room and formal dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and an additional work room. Access our free community garden in the rear. Art gallery at the end of the block; murals and public art installations within walking distance of the residency. The residency is available for booking when artists are not occupying the space.

Feel free to make the entire residency facility your home for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
Our office is located next door to the facility. We are open for limited hours during the week.
