This expansive Intown Atlanta home was built in 1925 and is three stories with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. The home sleeps 12 in real beds across the 6 bedrooms. An abundance of windows keeps the home bright and inviting and there there are two fireplaces that are charming but decorative.

Main Floor: The front door opens into a roomy living/kitchen/dining area which will become the main hang-out area. The living room has a sectional sofa and TV with Roku and all streaming services and cable channels via YouTubeTV. The kitchen features a huge island, large dining table and restaurant-grade appliances! Tons of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil is supplied. A coffee maker, filters, coffee, tea and other beverage goodies are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 12. The Wolf stove has 6 burners and 2 ovens. For pancake lovers, we offer an electric skillet. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. Each bedroom on the main floor has one bed (a Tuft & Needle King, another King and a Kingsdown Queen). Two of the main floor rooms remain somewhat dark in the mornings, while one of the King bedrooms on this floor lets in natural light. There is also a full-size washer dryer in the main floor Laundry Room. One of the Queen bedrooms on the main floor has a Roku connected TV.

Upstairs: The Master Bedroom and a Children's Bedroom are on the top floor and share one spa-like bathroom. The Master bedroom with King Tuft & Needle bed has a massive en-suite bath, a Juliette balcony and a view of a lush tree canopy overlooking the backyard. The Master has doors that go to the Juliette balcony but there are curtains for privacy. There is a new Roku-enabled TV in the Master Bedroom. The Master Bathroom is truly spectacular: There is a dual-head shower for two and a large bathtub. Just outside the Master is a children's bedroom with 2 twin beds, a twin floor mattress, and a pack and play. Skylights in both rooms provide natural light and gentle moonlight.

Basement: The basement features an in-law suite and quiet escape. It's a studio apartment set-up with Kingsdown Queen Bed, living room, kitchenette, fridge and private bathroom. The basement suite connects to the main house via an internal staircase and also has its own entrance to the backyard. The basement is perfect for the guest who needs to relax as it doesn't have wifi or television. It does have cell service, so you won't be completely cut off from civilization!

Bed Summary
3 Tuft & Needle brand Kings, 2 Kingsdown brand Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Twin cot, and 1 pack and play. Each King and Queen bed is in its own room. The 2 Twin beds are both in the 6th bedroom. We also offer a twin cot with a mattress and sheets by request. The twin cot is only by request 5 days before check-in. The twin cot and pack and play are easily moved around so that your little ones can sleep with you in your room. The bedroom doors close tightly but they do not lock due to the antique nature of the doorknobs.

Bathroom Summary
The three King bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two of the Queen bedrooms and the Twin bedroom share hallway bathrooms. The basement studio apartment has its own bathroom with a shower. There are two bathtubs, one in the Upstairs Master and one on the main floor.

Outdoor Space: You will have your own private, fenced-in backyard with a large, two-level deck. There is patio furniture and you may even enjoy having a meal outside since the weather in Atlanta is pretty nice most of the year. Feel free to bring a croquet set or a ball to throw around. We offer a propane BBQ grill and grilling tools.

Parking: There is a driveway with two parking spots that you may use at all times. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking in the evenings. Workday street parking between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. can be tight due to the offices in the area, but is generally available and free. There is a paid deck one block north which is also a good option for people who require covered parking.

Occupancy: Capacity is 12 people. We have a twin cot and a thin twin floor mattress for overflow guests. Infants from birth to 1 year of age do not count towards the guest count. Children are considered ages 2 through 12. Adults are considered age 13 and up. Let us know how many adults, children, and infants will be in your group.

Three HD TVs with YouTube TV and Roku are provided. Guests can also log into their own Netflix or other streaming services via the Roku interface. YouTube TV has all the major channels including ESPN, local TV and cable news networks.
