-30 day minimum stay.
-While I cannot say the property is ADA accessible, it does offer some features that can accommodate someone with mobility challenges.
-Since the listing photos were taken I had an outdoor chairlift installed and ramps up the front sidewalk.
-The exterior doors are 36" wide as well as the kitchen door opening.
-One of the bedroom doors is 32" wide (some wheelchairs can fit through that).
-The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but the door is only 28". There is also room to maneuver around once through the door.
-The property is family-friendly with child safety gates, highchair, outlet covers, and a pack-n-play upon request. Kid dishes, toys, and games are always available.
-There is a carport plus plenty of room for parking in the driveway. There should even be room for a storage pod or RV.
-The property is dog friendly but I do want to evaluate animals on a case by case basis. I prefer dogs but I will consider cats as well.
