Street parking is available. Please park responsibly and do not block or partially obstruct any neighboring driveways.

TRASH AND CLEANUP

The trash room is located near the front driveway.

All trash must be collected and placed inside the designated trash bins at the end of your event. Please leave all event areas clean and free of trash, food, decorations, and other event-related items.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

Alcohol is permitted.

No glass is allowed in the backyard or pool area. Please use plastic cups, cans, or other non-glass containers.

Music is allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a reasonable volume.
