Upstairs hold another 2 bedrooms and a full bath. From the sizeable 17x48 driveway parking to the front door requires you to step over just 1 lonely stair.

Important: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area in the breezeway. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the butts receptacle. Please cleanup after your pet. One small dog is allowed. All pets will need to approved by landlord before rental period begins and pet deposit will be applicable. This home is fully furnished and includes all essentials including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, body soap, towels, washcloths, starter supply of laundry soap and more.
