The condo has 2 ample-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bathroom is en suite), and a balcony is overlooking the golf course. The condo has air conditioning and central heating, has fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, utensils, and counter appliances; and of course, a full-sized electric stove with double-ovens, a microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. There's a "coffee/tea station" with a Keurig coffee machine, a French Press, an electric water boiling pot, and both stove-top and electric espresso makers. Off the balcony, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. In addition, the condo features a computer work-station, with an electric adjustable-height standing-desk with locking wheels; complete with monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse and surge protector. Move the desk anywhere you like and use it standing, sitting, or at counter height with a dining room chair, or the adjustable swivel office chair. There is also a Samsung 27" HDTV/Monitor, which you're also free to use anywhere you like. Parking is provided in the detached 2-car garage, with keypad access. The condo is a single-level, upper 2nd-story unit, so there is a 10-step stairway leading from the walkway up to the front door. This condo caters to almost anyone's needs, and it's a great jumping-off point to explore the South Orange County beach scene and the surrounding attractions.
