The Main House at Lake Erie Retreats is a spacious farmhouse-style home designed for families and groups who want room to gather, relax, and enjoy Northeast Ohio’s Lake Erie and wine country.

Set on a peaceful 3-acre lakefront property with five additional cabins, the Main House gives guests their own comfortable home base along with access to the shared lake-view areas just a short walk away.

What Makes the Main House Special

The home blends classic farmhouse character with comfortable gathering spaces. Original hardware and beautiful hardwood floors have been preserved, giving the house warmth and personality while still offering the everyday conveniences guests need.

One of the most unique spaces is the poker room with a mini bar, a fun spot to play cards, unwind, and spend time together after a day exploring wineries, Geneva-on-the-Lake, SPIRE, golf courses, parks, or the Lake Erie shoreline.

A Few Things to Know

The Main House is an older farmhouse with original character, including hardwood floors and historic details.

All four bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs. A half bathroom is available on the main floor.

The lakefront area is shared with guests staying in the neighboring cabins. The bluff is unfenced and for viewing only, with no direct lake or swimming access from the property.

Lake Erie Retreats is designed for peaceful stays and low-key getaways. Quiet hours are observed, and parties, events, excessive noise, and late-night gatherings are not permitted.

Dog-Friendly Stay 🐾

The Main House is dog-friendly.

The pet fee is $50 per dog, per stay, and all dogs should be included on the reservation.

Dogs must remain leashed whenever they are outside, and guests are expected to clean up after them throughout the property.

We provide dog towels for wet or muddy paws and kindly ask that dogs stay off the beds and bedding.
