Guest access
Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 2-3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.

Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:

1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.

2) The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable.

3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.

Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules.

If you need to check-in earlier than our listed check-in time or need to check-out later than our listed check-out time, please check with us before booking.

Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Truvi, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest.
