What a perfect spot to be close to everything Nashville but in a neighborhood setting! It's very conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Nashville airport or 15 minutes to downtown. It features brand new furniture, stainless appliances, and a great outdoor space with a fully fenced yard.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds and one has a full bed. The large sectional couch is brand new and has plenty of room for lounging and watching TV. There is an upstairs deck with seating as well.

Downstairs is a really cool game room featuring shuffleboard, darts, cornhole and even an arcade game. There is a sleeper sofa that makes into a full size bed. Attached to the gate room is a full bathroom. The outside area features a private patio with a gas fire pit. There is a wood-burning fire pit as well.

Please note: The 4th bedroom is the game room downstairs. It has a pull out Queen sofa, closet and it's own full bathroom. It is however a common area and does not have a door to close to separate it from the upstairs.

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $350 fee per mo to be charged.
