We offer a standard of extremely comfortable beds, ultra high speed internet, secure garage parking and dedicated desk space in a conveniently located part of Austin.

This duplex is located near major highway 183 and is close to major employers like Apple, 3M, Samsung and is close to the Domain, one of Austin’s favorite entertainment centers for food & fun! We are just north of the downtown city center and just 17 minutes away from the State Capitol building. Whether you’re wanting to explore Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the Domain or attending festivals like SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL) or the Austin Food & Wine Festival, this location has excellent driving proximity to those events!

A large comfortable couch greets you as you walk in along with a bright and open space. This ultra cute duplex has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, new large capacity washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with basic spices, pots and pans etc. Microwave, dishwasher and full fridge. Small amenities include toaster, air fryer and tea kettle for a quick snack!

The dining area comfortably sits 4 people and we have a dedicated desk space with lamp.

Twin trundle beds and Linenspa mattresses. Closet has a dresser for extra storage. This bedroom has a desk.

Secure parking for one car with remote control. Washer and dryer is in the garage.

Our plants give our space life! Please help us keep them alive by watering once a week!

Travel nurse individual and teams love this unit because it’s pet friendly and affordable! Travel nurses also love the location because it is close to so many area hospitals and located a short drive to the Domain where all the shopping and great restaurants are!

This is a duplex, however, no spaces are shared. Guests have access to a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for one vehicle. Additional parking in the driveway for one more car.

If you’re staying with us for 30 days or more, we generally like to have a meet and greet so we can show you around your new temporary home. Otherwise, we let our guests have their privacy but we are always accessible and responsive. We live a few mins away and can take care most most things within 24 hours or sooner if anything ever comes up during your stay.

Along with tons of great ethnic restaurants whether you’re in the mood for Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese Korean! The highway is also very close. In just one minute, you’ll be driving on 183/Research Blvd and off to your next destination.”

Some of my favorites include Asia Café, Stile Switch BBQ, House of Three Gorges Chinese Restaurant, Majaz Middle Eastern Cuisine, Chen’s Noodles (hand pulled!), Ebisu Japanese Restaurant, Kobe Steak House and MORE! It’s an easy drive into Austin, so it’s still a great place to stay if you’re in town for ACL (Austin City Limits) or even F1 Race, or SWSX. You won’t need to pay those hefty downtown prices. Our location is also not far from Lake Travis to rent a boat or picnic on the shores of Jones Brothers Park.

There is public transport but have not personally taken it. Everything’s bigger in Texas, which means driving is the best way to get around. If you’re not bringing your own car, we recommend renting one at the airport.

Our place is just a 1-minute drive to 183/Research Blvd. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the closest major airport, and it’s about a 26-minute drive from our house.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($125 per pet, per stay & additional $50 for the second pet) Note PET FEE. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.

All guests will fill out a renter’s agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation.
