What some of our guests like least about our listing: ✔ The condo shares walls with neighbors on 2 sides and one directly above. It is common and somewhat annoying, to hear someone walking upstairs or water running in their unit. ✔ On occasion, you may hear the use of the overhead garage door while in the master king bedroom or the garage. ✔ The ensuite on the lower level is near the garage and tends to be cooler in the winter months and warmer in the summer months. Our advice is to keep the bedroom door closed which will keep better control of the climate in that room. You have full and total access to our king suite with a private entrance and exclusive garage space during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, and whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen. You may also consider grabbing a bite to eat from a variety of local eateries within walking distance. There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Treat our home with respect. If any problems should arise, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible, but there is no one living on site 24/7. There is also a plethora of eateries, small shops, and unrivaled nightlife in three neighboring cities, including downtown Ferndale, downtown Royal Oak, and downtown Birmingham which top the list of things to do. A golf course is nearby, and access to multiple lakes for warm weather enjoyment. Our condo has proximity to the local hospitals and is a short distance to the sports stadium, downtown Detroit and every major freeway. Experience the downtown theatre district, music venues, museums, Motown Museum, clubs, bars, breweries, and the nearby Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation just 13 miles south in Dearborn. Our property is conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation options are easily accessible and can take you to popular destinations in no time. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for those who prefer a more private mode of transportation. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our property is the perfect location for your next adventure! ✓All forms of smoking are strictly forbidden within the home, encompassing vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and any other drugs. ✓No parties allowed - Violators of this policy will be promptly evicted from the premises without receiving a refund. ✓No pets allowed - Violations of this policy will incur a $500 cleaning fee. ✓It is mandatory to include all guests in the initial booking. An additional fee of $30 per person per night will be applied for extra guests. ✓New-profile guests without reviews will undergo manual review, screening, and questioning before their reservation can be confirmed. ✓Kindly be advised that we do not permit instant bookings for profiles with ratings below 4 stars.
