The home is completely furnished with new furniture, bedding, dishes, cookware and everything visitors will need to make themselves at home during an extended stay in Utah. A two-car garage keeps your vehicles secure and out of the heat or cold year-round.





There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If needed, an additional unit in the basement can be combined with the main house, adding an extra bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen for an additional fee. This executive home is a short bike ride to most of the tech companies in North Utah County or a short drive to South Salt Lake Valley. A park adjacent to the home has several pickleball courts and is connected to a paved bike trail (Jordan River Parkway) that goes for miles in any direction. The home is just 2.1 miles from the Thanksgiving Point Golf Course, less than an hour from seven different ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, Deer Valley, Park City and Sundance), and 30 minutes to the airport or downtown Salt Lake City.

In summary, the location can't be beat, the home is newly furnished and only requires you to bring your personal belongings as everything else is provided. The rate published is the standard monthly rental. Landlord pays for all utilities: electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, WIFI, TV Service and maintenance of the yard. As part of the interior maintenance of the home, Landlord sends professional cleaners twice a month to the property ensuring the cleanliness of the interior is maintained to the owner's standards. The cleaning fee is a non-negotiable added cost of $400 per month added to the published monthly rental fee. Small pets are welcome for an additional fee and deposit.
