This covers accidental damage or loss, so you're protected and we're protected too. It's a simple way to avoid surprise costs if something unexpected happens.

Owner pays for water, garbage service, landscaping, snow removal, lawncare. Tenant pays 250.00 for gas and electric. No Pets allowed. No smoking (fines will be enforced).
